THERE IS NO NEED TO REGISTER - JUST TURN UP. REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED IF NUMBERS BECOME TOO MANY FOR THIS CLASS AND OTHER CLASSES ARE MADE AVAILABLE. This is a Learn to Inline Skate class for adults and children. It is run every Saturday morning at the same time (during the 6 month season of the Showgrounds facility finishing at the end of August 2008). I will cover absolute basics from how to stand up on skates to forward movement, stopping and turning (time permitting). This is an excellent class for anyone who wants to skate properly and for those who can skate a little but suffer from poor technique. The cost of the class includes skates, pads and tuition for one hour. I do have helmets (which are compulsory) but if you have a bike helmet at home please bring that along to ensure a correct fitting helmet. THERE IS NO NEED TO REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS AS YET.

Introduction to Inline Hockey for children or adults on Saturday mornings from 10.30am-11.30am. Class is $15 per skater and you must be able to skate a little and have at least one effective stopping technique. The price includes skates, pads, helmet (which is compulsory or bring your own bike helmet from home) and I have sticks, pucks and goals. THERE IS NO NEED TO REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS YET.
